Georgians, Armenians and Russians expect that
in case of need their military-political aid will come from different countries.
Georgia has most hope in USA's assistance, Armenia is thinking of Russia
and the majority of Russia's population believes that help will come from Belarus.
 
The survey was conducted in Georgia, Armenia and Russia and 1200 respondents took part in it in each country. They answered a question, which country they expect to provide military-political aid in case of need.
 
According to the results of the survey, Armenia and Russia expect military-political aid from the CIS countries, while Georgia has more hope in countries other than the EU and CIS countries (see Chart #1).

More specifically, according to the survey results in Georgia, the country population believes they might get military-political aid from the USA (48%). Georgians also hope for Ukraine's help in relevant situation (23%) (see Chart #2).
 
Majority of Armenians (72%) expect Russia to provide military-political aid, while their 18% thinks that no country will provide Armenia with necessary assistance in time of need.
 
Russian population estimates that if their country is in need of military-political aid, it may come from several countries. It's thought that such assistance will come from Belarus (32%), China (24%) and Kazakhstan (23%). Abut fifth of population (21%) thinks that no country will provide them with military-political aid.
