Since 2011 lottery in Georgia is associated with Georgian lottery Company (GLC). This time Georgian media informs about changes on lottery market.

 

From September 1, 2017 company Ltd GNL  will hold lottery in Georgia. Ministry of Finance held tender and only one-winner company participated in it. Nowadays Georgian Lottery Company has rights for conducting lottery in Georgia till September 1. From August 9, 2011 the state became owner of 70% share of the lottery company. This time its unknown what will be with this share, whether it stays under ownership of the state or it will be delivered to the new company.

 

According to Public Registry data its acting director Levan Khundadze was owner of 100% share at the moment of registration. According to December 2016 owners of the company are JSC New Games registered in Bulgaria and Ltd "Win". Both companies owned 50%-50% share. According to data of July 20, 2017 JSC New Games owned 25% and Ltd "Win"-75%.

 

JSC New Games is national lottery company in Bulgaria. As for company "Win", it is registered on November 30, 2016 and Russian citizen Koba Ghurtskaia owns 100% share. According to the data of registry Ghurtskaia is general director of Ltd CBS. Khvicha Makatsaria and Teimuraz Aronia own 50%-50% shares of Ltd CBS. All of them are members of supervisory board of internet provider company Caucasus Online. Besides this CBS unites several companies, such as: Caucasus Online, Tbilisi Minibus, Railway Telecom, Mobitel (Beeline), Intourist and GMC Group and so on.
