IPM Researches continues monitoring of TV advertising market. This time we present statistics of TV advertising in 2018 and leading companies in this regard. During 2018 11 TV channels were monitored:
In 2018 966 168 TV advertisements were placed the chronometry of which was 21 576 906 seconds. According to official price list the investment equaled GEL 870 374 358.
The chart shows TV shares in advertising. According to the chart TV Pirveli occupies the first position in terms of advertisements’ number. In 2018 TV Pirveli placed 183 505 advertisements. Rustavi 2 is on the second position with 153 133 advertisements. The third place belongs to TV Imedi (140 984).
In 2018 TV ad clips were placed by 601 companies in 42 sectors. The biggest number ( 153 353) of ad clips concerned soft drinks sector. It is 15,87 % of the whole TV advertising volume. Then comes sector hygiene with 10,67 %.
