IPM starts studying errors in Service industries. In other words we start studying one of the topics of Customer rights context (errors in service quality) in Georgia.  On this stage we have chosen only several industries for analysis, among them are diary production, telecommunication service industry banking and financial institutions, meat production and etc.

It is a fact that besides the turnover parameters and customer share on the Market, success is measured by service quality. In other words the attention should be paid not only to the quantity of consumers or their proportions, but also to the number of problems in service delivery, to observe for example how often the contract terms for the banking service consumers is changed in the banking industry, or how often customers receive products with expired dates in case of purchasing dairy and meat products and to reveal with this parameters how customer rights are protected in Georgia.
