Goal: To study the human resources of organization on the level of professional, personal skills and professional dispositions.
The ultimate goal of the research is to elaborate recommendations in regards to human resource management on the grounds of problem identification and analysis.

The research is conduced on the basis of a qualitative instrument. The company employees participate in the research; the target group of the research reflects the representatives of all the positions that are directly or indirectly linked to the internal or external clients and influence the formation of labor dispositions or a company image.
The questionnaire covers the following blocs:
Professional and personal skills of the staff
Staff dispositions towards various variables determining the labor satisfaction
Main sources of a professional stress, level of the professional stress
Weights of the variables determining the labor satisfaction and degree of their satisfaction
Leading labor-motivators of the staff and at which extent they are realized
While working on the exclusive orders, the data are additionally elaborated on the level of individual cases. Each case characterizes a particular individual on the level of psycho and social level, professional knowledge, intelligence, professional dispositions, labor satisfaction, labor motivators, stress level, development potential and carrier development, managerial skills, lifestyle and communication skills.
The audience studied as the result of the research will be segmented by the original system of indexation. The index that represents the basis for segmentation consists of 4 attributes and their combined variant defines some kind of professional status of an individual for the organization. Budget example
The budget is calculated on the example of 200 interviews, such financial scope of the research is enough for covering transportation expenses in 5 regions of Georgia. Considering the number of the organization’s field offices and their dispersion throughout the country, some corrections are made to the budget in regards to the transportation costs.
The cost of one interview without individual cases is 30 USD, and in the event of preparing an individual case, the cost per case is 90 USD. Internal organization research of 200 persons, with its individual cases (200) is 24,000 USD VAT inclusive. In this case the cost of one questionnaire is 120 USD.
