What determines human satisfaction, feeling of happiness? Which factors influence our mood and attitude? To answer these questions, a survey was conducted. 800 respondents were surveyed across Georgia.

Certain variables and the results of the survey were used to derive social satisfaction index. The index shows the level of general satisfaction in Georgia. The index was derived based on the following components: social status, place of residence and job, emotional attitudes, future expectations, satisfaction with human rights and financial condition. The index takes meaning from 0 (completely dissatisfied with living conditions) up to 100 (completely satisfied with living conditions).

In Georgia, index of social satisfaction is equal to 52 which is a bit higher than the average indicator.
